Musings, leadership tidbits and quotes posted by a retired Navy Captain (really just a high performing 2nd Class Petty Officer) who hung up his uniform a bit too early. I served with him. Great guy. He started out as a DIRSUP officer in the PAC, did PCS afloat, NSGA, national missions, time with SPECWAR, Afghanistan, OSD, etc. Bottom line, he knew the mission. His type is only \”diversity\” that anyone should care about. I hope the community is still devloping officers like that
