As a leader, you are either diligently sailing toward one or more objectives consistent with your charted course or you are drifting aimlessly. Drifting aimlessly is the sure path to shoal waters. The choice is entirely up to you and your navigation team!

Wow! greenieboard describes it pretty well. I can't go to the original source material since I was banished from whossnames place. Mike always has this option with me and I won't be visiting Greenieboard for the simple reason that I'm opinionated. I would still highly recommend greenieboard to all.
