Oh, you mean the mentality \”too big to fail\” — like the 22 skippers probably had who were fired this year..??!! Don't get me wrong, it's an easy, easy, easy trap to fall into especially when people have been excessively praised their whole careers, i.e. over-the-top FITREPs.
