I Like The Cut of His Jib 
Captain Lambert,When one looks at these words displayed with Leadership and Leaders in mind, it brings thoughts that makes one see that so many words have a direct correlation to Leadership. I can personally look at nearly every word there and remember how that word would apply in a case involving Leadership. I did not see duty, honor, courage, selflessness and other such words, but I do not think this word layout was meant to be all encompassing. Very Respectfully,Navyman834
