Musings, leadership tidbits and quotes posted by a retired Navy Captain (really just a high performing 2nd Class Petty Officer) who hung up his uniform a bit too early. I Like The Cut of His Jib 
Captain Lambert,I was very impressed with Captain Denton as he exited from the aircraft in 1973 which returned the POW’s from Vietnam to the United States. Even after 8 years as a prisoner of war, and about 4 years of that time in solitary confinement with torture inflicted routinely, he emerged with confidence and the ability to resume a Navy career.
