Musings, leadership tidbits and quotes posted by a retired Navy Captain (really just a high performing 2nd Class Petty Officer) who hung up his uniform a bit too early. I Like The Cut of His Jib 
Captain Lambert,I am gratified to be able to have the feeling that I changed any number of things that would benefit my Shipmates over the years. I still get e-mail on occasion from old Shipmates that express their thanks for things that I changed that were wrong, or things that I enabled for them.Very Respectfully,Navyman834
